Tuition is due the first of each month. If the tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month, there will be a $20 late fee atatched to your tuition account. Non-payment of tuition on a bimely basis may subject your child to dismissal from our program. There will be a $30 reinstatement fee in addition to the late tuition, if the position has not already been filled from our waiting list.
As stated earlier, the tuition is based on the actual cost of running the Nursery School. The staff payroll depends on your tuition payments. The bank is not a charitable institution and will not cash the staff paychecks unless there are sufficient funds in the account.
If there is a situation whereas your check is returned to us due to insufficient funds, you must pay the bank charge which we receive from the bank, as well as any late fees which apply.
A Registration fee of $20 is collected every year (starting in January for the following September school year.) These funds are used for start up materials such as paint, crayons, paper, etc…
No credit is given for scheduled holidays, emergency closings, or vacation periods. Our classes are staffed based on full classes and therefore there is no tuition credit for lengthy absences due to either illness or vacation on the student’s part.
